We encourage all children to have a healthy snack at breaktime. Children can either bring in a their own or purchase a snack from the HC3s tuck shop. Children should not be bringing sweets, crisps or chocolate bars into school.
Children can either bring in a balanced packed lunch or order a school dinner. These are freshly cooked daily on site by HC3s.
The menu is changed after Easter and October half term every year and is nut free.
Please make these as balanced and as healthy as possible. There are several children with severe nut allergies so please avoid foods containing nuts. Please remind your child(ren) not to share food.
Please provide your child with a piece of fruit or a healthy alternative. The children should not be bringing sweets into school at all. Alternatively Hampshire Caterers sell a variety of snacks at breaktimes. All children are provided with a free water bottle and have access to drinking fountains during learning breaks.
As of 1st April 2017 school dinners will increase £2.15 per day.
The total cost will be £51.60 for the 1st half of the summer term (Year 5 children please deduct £8.60 for the Year 5 Enrichment Week) and £75.25 for the 2nd half of the summer term (Year 3 children please deduct £2.15 for the Year 3 Camp).
